The
giant had a beautiful garden. While he has away, many children played in his
garden. There were fruit trees, beautiful flowers and bird that song sweetly. But
one day, the giant came back. He built a high wall around his garden. He also
put up a notice board. When it was spring everywhere else, the giant’s garden
was still winter. Summer did not come to his garden, no did autumn. ”what’s
that sound?”One morning, the giant heard some lovely music. It was the sound of
a little bird in his garden.”Welcome back children! He looked out of the window
and saw children everywhere. It was Spring in his garden again.”How selfish I
have been! Now I know why it was winter in my garden all year long! The trees
covered themselves with leaves and blossoms. The flowers bloomed. Birds flew
everywhere. The giant’ heart melted as he looked out. ”it is now your garden,
children.”He went to the garden and knocked down the wall. Then, he played with
the children.
